  • 1 Pound Ground Lamb
  • 2 tsp New Mint Leaves
  • 2 tsp Cleaved New Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp Ground Allspice
  • 1/2 tbsp Red Pepper Drops
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cleaved Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sherry
  • 1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Molasses
  • 1/2 tbsp Ground Dark Pepper
  • 4 Pita Bread Rounds
  • 4 Ounces Crumbled Feta Cheddar


  • Preheat the griller for medium warmth.
  • Put the lamb meat in a huge bowl, and mix it effectively with the mint, cilantro, garlic, sherry, vinegar, and molasses. Season with cumin, allspice, red pepper drops, salt, and dull pepper, and mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
  • Brush flame broils granulate with oil. Flame broil burgers 5 minutes on each side, or until done all around. Warmth the pita pocket rapidly on the grill. Serve burgers encompassed by pitas with feta cheese.
