Green Chutney is a good substitute of sauce in Indian cuisine.

  • 1 Bunch Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • 6-7 Green Chillies
  • 3 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut Grated
  • 3-4 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • Salt To Taste


  • Combine Pudina Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies, Curd/Yogurt, Coconut and Salt, and grind them to a smooth paste. Add very little water if required.
  • Your Green Chutney is ready.


Serve Green Chutney as side dish with Biryani, Pokoras, Kachori, Samosa etc.
