Dhaniya Chutney

Tangy and spicy coriander chutney goes well with any starters, samosas, tikkis or as side item in your lunch or dinner. This recipe is also known as Green Chutney or Hari Chutney.

  • 1 Bowl Chopped Dhania Leaves
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Bowl Plain Bhujia
  • 6-7 Green Chillies
  • 4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
  • Salt To Taste


  • Add Dhania leaves, Ginger, Garlic, Bhujia, Green Chillies, Lemon Juice and Salt in a grinder.
  • Make a paste out of it.
  • Remove the paste in a bowl.
  • Mix Mustard Oil.
  • Your dhania bata is ready.


Enjoy with your starters or meal. You can store chutney in your refrigerator and use it for 2-3 days.
